William G. Jenkins Jr was born September 25, 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina. He grew up in Kline, South Carolina and was educated in the public schools of Barnwell, South Carolina. He attended Clemson University where he graduated with honor on May 7, 1976. Mr. Jenkins attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he graduated on December 31, 1980. Mr. Jenkins was admitted to practice in the state courts of South Carolina by the South Carolina Supreme Court on May 14, 1981, to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina on August 4, 1981, to the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit on July 1, 1982. Mr. Jenkins is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice formerly known as the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association since his admission to practice.

        Since his admission to the bar in 1982 Mr. Jenkins has continuously been engaged in the practice of trial law in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and neighboring states. Mr. Jenkins handles all types of litigation, primarily focusing on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Workers Compensation, Admiralty, and Divorce and Family Law. Mr. Jenkins has argued cases in the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina and the United States, including the Supreme Court of South Carolina, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Jenkins routinely appears before the South Carolina Workers Compensation Commission, the South Carolina Court of General Sessions, the South Carolina Court of Common Pleas, the South Carolina Family Court and the Federal Court for the Federal District of South Carolina. During the course of his 38 years of practice, Mr. Jenkins has represented Criminal Defendants in many high-profile criminal cases and has obtained settlements totaling many millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Licensed only in South Carolina.

 Jose Fuentes is a native Spanish speaker who received his law degree from Mercer Law School in 2009 and his undergraduate degree from College of Charleston in 2006. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina State and Federal Courts, Florida State Courts and Washington DC. He is a member of the South Carolina Association of Justice, South Carolina Summary Court Judges Association, Hilton Head Bar Association and has served on many community boards.  Jose began working at the firm as an associate and became a partner in 2016.  Jose works out of the firm's Hilton Head office and his practice focuses primarily on Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation cases.  He also serves as a Part-Time Beaufort County Magistrate.

Hector F. Esquivel is an aggressive and experienced lawyer who has represented thousands of clients since graduating law school in 1998.   Instilled with strong work and moral ethics by his parents, Hector was raised to believe in treating each and every person equally and with respect.  Hector has dedicated his career to helping individuals who need help navigating the legal issues they are faced with.

Hector has been a dedicated to serving his community throughout his career serving on multiple boards including the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, Lowcountry Legal Aide, the Latin American Council, and Neighborhood Outreach Connection to name a few.  

Hector graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia for his undergraduate studies before attending and graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of South Carolina, Georgia, Colorado and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Esquivel works out of both the Colorado and South Carolina offices handling personal injury, criminal defense and immigration cases.
