Hector F. Esquivel
Hector originally moved to Hilton Head in 1984. He is fluent in Spanish and has spent
a good deal of time in Colombia, South America where his father was raised. After going
away to college at Temple University and completing law school at the University of South
Carolina in 1998 Hector came home to Beaufort County to practice law. Mr. Esquivel has
regularly handled civil and criminal litigation matters in and around Beaufort, Jasper, Allendale,
Hampton and Colleton Counties in South Carolina both in State and Federal Courts. He and his
firm also routinely practice in front of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission.
In 2009, Hector received his Georgia license and now also practices Georgia law for those in
Chatham and Effingham counties as his office is 8 miles from the Georgia state line.
