William G. Jenkins Jr.
William G. Jenkins Jr., born September 25, 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina. Admitted
to practice 1981 in all South Carolina Courts as well as the Federal Court for the District
of South Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme
Court. Education: Clemson University (B.S. with Honors, 1976); University of South Carolina
(J.D., 1980). Member: South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense
Lawyers; the South Carolina Association for Justice (formerly the South Carolina Trial Lawyer
s Association); the American Association for Justice(formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America).
Mr. Jenkins has been continuously engaged in the practice of law on Hilton Head Island since
1981. He has handled cases throughout South Carolina and surrounding states with a
concentration on personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation and criminal defense.
